Paratha & Yellow Peas

What's in your kit:

1 Paratha (per person)
Braised Yellow Peas
Lime
Coriander

What you need at home:

Cooking oil

Preparation:

1) Heat around 25ml of cooking oil in a frying pan

2) Once hot, shallow fry your parathas for two minutes on each side or until they start to puff-up

4) Heat your yellow peas in a pan or microwave for 2-4mins (optional: adjusting the thickness of the mixture to your preference with a little water)

6) Chop your coriander and cut your lime into wedges

7) Dip, wrap or fold your peas into the paratha and add the corriander. Squeeze plenty of lime on top and enjoy!
