Burmese salads are unique, so varied and play a major part in the cuisine as a whole. There aren’t many streets in Myanmar you can walk down without being able to pick-up a pile of Lahpet (tea) or Gin (ginger) Thohk (salad). Our menus focus on only a few but each brings something different to the table, hitting that harmonious South East Asian balance of sweet, sour, salty, or the more savory umami-kick we all so crave.
